Please read these terms carefully. By using BuyFromKhet, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. 1. What BuyFromKhet is BuyFromKhet is a free service that connects Punjab farmers with buyers. We are an introduction platform only. We show listings and let people message each other. We do not buy, sell, own, inspect, deliver, or guarantee any produce, product, or service. We are not a party to any deal you make with another user. 2. No payments, no commission The app never handles money. Any price shown is information provided by the farmer — it is not an offer or a fixed price. All payment, negotiation, quantity, quality, packaging, pickup, and delivery are arranged directly between the farmer and the buyer, off the app. We take no commission and charge no fees, ever. 3. Deals are between you and the other person Everything that happens after the introduction is strictly between the farmer and the buyer. This includes price, payment, quality, weight, freshness, refunds, delivery, and any dispute. BuyFromKhet is not responsible for, and gives no guarantee about, any listing, user, transaction, or outcome. We do not verify the identity, claims, licences, or quality of any user or product. You deal with others at your own risk. 4. Meeting and farm visits BuyFromKhet is only an introduction. Any meeting, farm visit, or pickup you arrange with another user happens off the app, in person, and entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and that of anyone you bring, including children. BuyFromKhet does not inspect farms, vehicles, or premises, does not verify any user, and supervises nothing. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BuyFromKhet is not liable for any injury, death, loss, or damage arising from any meeting or visit. Please use normal caution when meeting someone you connected with through the app. 5. Who can use the app You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By using the app you confirm you are 18 or older and that the information you give is true. 6. Your responsibilities You agree to: • Give honest, accurate information in your profile, listings, and messages. • Treat other users with respect — no harassment, threats, spam, or fraud. • Not post anything false, illegal, offensive, or that is not yours to post. • Not sell anything illegal or misrepresent what you offer. • Use the app only for its purpose: connecting farmers and buyers. You are solely responsible for your listings, messages, photos, and conduct. 7. Content you post You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By posting, you give BuyFromKhet permission to show that content in the app and related material so the service can work. You confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove any content or account that breaks these terms, or that we consider harmful, at any time and without notice. 8. Safety and reporting Use the block and report tools if a user behaves badly. We may act on reports but are not obliged to, and we are not responsible for the conduct of any user, online or in person. 9. No warranty The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not promise the app will always work, be error-free, or be available. We do not guarantee any listing, user, or result. 10. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, BuyFromKhet, 2380616 Ontario Inc., and its owners cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or dispute arising from your use of the app, your dealings with other users, any transaction, or any farm visit or experience. The app is a free introduction service, and you use it at your own risk. 11. You indemnify us You agree to cover and hold harmless BuyFromKhet and 2380616 Ontario Inc. from any claim, loss, or cost (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your listings or messages, your dealings with others, or your breach of these terms. 12. Ending your use You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or remove any account that breaks these terms or misuses the app. 13. Changes We may update these terms as the app grows. The latest version is always on this page. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current terms. 14. Contact and governing law BuyFromKhet is operated by 2380616 Ontario Inc.
